Artist Statement:

 

My paintings are my reflections on God’s glorious creation.  My “go to” verse throughout my process has been Psalm 19:1, “The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.” As David wrote this Psalm, he believed that God created the world and it shares a message with us.  God’s creation is both breathtaking and stirring. It is where God reveals Himself through the substance of nature for us. 



My hope is to encourage others to take time to consider how beautiful and fascinating everything that God created truly is, that their reflection of creation would eventually lead them into a deeper relationship with their Creator.
